Delaware Womenade, Inc. is proud to share that the generous donations made have allowed for an expansion project at the People's Place Sussex County shelter.

The Sussex County expansion included transforming an existing pantry into a new ADA accessible full bathroom. Also, a new dual purpose room was added. This room serves as a new pantry and storage, with all new white cabinets, flooring and recessed lighting.

This room also has a table and chairs as well as soft lighting, that will serve as a quiet private spot for advocates and counselors to meet with the mothers/families.
