Teresa Zatcoff
Teresa has over twenty five years of experience doing charitable work within the community including a variety of fundraising and volunteering efforts.
Teresa has worked at Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House In Philadelphia as a volunteer, and served as a member on their Friends Council. In 2000 she joined her community Womenade Group in Fort Washington, Pa. The group provided funds and in-kind donations for the domestic violence program at Laurel House in Lansdale, Pa.
In 2010, Teresa relocated to her home in Bethany Beach, DE full time and a year later she founded a grassroots Delaware Womenade group working in partnership with People's Place 2 in Milford DE.
The group has now grown and blossomed into the current charity Delaware Womenade, Inc. where Teresa is President and a Director.

Peggy Q. Kent
Peggy started her career in the dental field and transitioned into Operations Management at Legg Mason Wood Walker, in Baltimore.
Peggy’s passion has always been helping others. While raising her family in Howard County, Maryland, she became involved in a variety of charitable activities. These included capitol campaign fund raising and events to support local families in need through Glenelg Country School. In addition, there were charitable athletic endeavors through tennis and basketball organizations.
Peggy has been an avid supporter of Delaware Womenade and their partnership with People’s Place since its inception. After relocating to Bethany Beach in 2017, she has taken on a more significant role most recently as Treasurer.
The mission of Delaware Womenade, Inc. is women empowering women. It is through these efforts of charitable events, raising funds and collecting in-kind donations that has provided her significant gratification.

Katy Merlo
Katy Merlo joins Delaware Womenade from New York City, bringing with her a background in e-commerce and product management. Introduced to the organization through her mom after her parents retired to Delaware, Katy has been actively helping with the organization’s website for the past few years. Recently, she and her sisters built a house in Delaware, further deepening her connection to the community. She is passionate about being part of Delaware Womenade because she is committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence and believes in creating safe, supportive environments for those affected.
