Holiday Wish Drive 2025
We truly appreciate your support throughout the year. Our annual holiday wish drive helps make the holidays a little brighter for the mothers and their children in shelters. Please join us in helping to bring smiles of joy to these families.
People's Place has graciously asked if gift cards, and monetary donations could be collected for the families. The moms love shopping for their children, and it gives them a sense of pride and independence. Gift cards from Amazon, Kohl's, Visa, Walmart, Royal Farms and Wawa (for gas cards) are the best for them. Please be sure to include the value for gift cards.
Each year, we also like to remember the moms with comfort items. If you would like to purchase (new items only please) something for them, suggested items are robes, pajamas, slippers, leggings and sweaters (Medium/Large, X-Large and 2X), gloves, scented lotions and shower gel. Candy and boxed chocolates are always a special treat.

PLEASE NOTE: In person drop off location will be at Peggy Kent's home this year (Sea Colony West- 33302 Pine Branch Way Unit #56210). Drop off dates will be on Friday, December 5th through Sunday, December 7th. Special arrangements can be made, if necessary, by contacting Peggy at her number listed below.
* Place monetary donations and gift cards (include value) in an envelope marked with your name. There will be a marked container on the bench by the front door.
* In-kind donations in a bag marked with your name can be left by the front door as well.
If you would like to donate wrapping paper/bags/gift boxes and tape that is always appreciated. Leftover rolls of paper come in handy!
We will not be collecting other items at this time except those listed above for the holiday wish drive.
Our suitcase, coat and diaper drive was overwhelmingly supported. Special thanks to Robin Procida, Cindy Stevens (Bearhole Farms) and Annette Weller (Fairway Village) for collecting/receiving all those donations.
